This Event, which is held in parallel with the Historic Houses Associations AGM, includes a major exhibition of products and services designed for use in the care, repair, restoration and conservation of historic buildings, their contents and surrounding landscapes. Now running for over 25 years, the Event
continues to provide a unique and unrivalled forum for all those involved in the care,
repair and conservation of historic buildings, parks and gardens, be they Grade
I listed houses, cathedrals, churches, manor houses, windmills, historic town
centres, or Britain's industrial built heritage, or historic landscapes. The Programme on offer is a stimulating range of activities Exhibition A comprehensive all-day Exhibition
of 73 companies and/or organisations offering relevant products and
services. Keynote Address Each year the HHA invites someone of note to express either a personal or an official view on some aspect of Britain's heritage. This year we are delighted to announce that the Guest Speaker will be Dame Liz Forgan, HHA/Smiths Gore Lecture The traditional afternoon Lecture, now in its 22st year, takes place in the Churchill Auditorium and will this year be given by James Knox, a trustee of Dumfries House, a complete and undisturbed work of the Adams Brothers. Seminars Complementary specialist seminars
are arranged each year, offering to delegates, where appropriate, a
Certificate of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). |
